Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in materials testing, inspection, CM, or related engineering services.
• Minimum 2 years of project management including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services for construction materials testing projects.
• Perform accurate computations and review laboratory test reports.
• Review daily observation reports and materials testing data sheets.
• Collaborate with staff and clients to deliver complex programs and projects.
• Assist with proposals and fee estimates.
• Plan and execute technical work.
• Assist with monitoring and controlling project budgets.
• Schedule, coordinate, and organize resources to meet deadlines.
• Maintain client relationships through communication and professionalism.
