The role involves coordinating with project managers, reading plans, and ensuring BMP installation and site safety on various construction projects, including stormwater work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of verifiable laborer experience with crew lead responsibilities.
• Ability to safely manage a 2–4 person crew on construction sites.
• Strong physical stamina for outdoor work and long shifts.
• Valid California driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HAZWOPER 40-hour training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project performance to project managers daily.
• Work under supervision of PM, foreman, or superintendent.
• Read construction plans and track progress.
• Install and maintain stormwater BMPs.
• Safely operate small equipment and trucks.
• Ensure safety plans and quality requirements.
• Travel to remote locations as required.
