Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/architecture/construction fields.
• 5+ years in construction or interior project management.
• Experience with interior fit-out processes and finishes.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and schedules.
• Strong leadership and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple construction and interior projects.
• Lead scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors and provide updates.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and timelines.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation and cost tracking.
