Job summary

TerraFirma is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews in Tumwater, WA. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project, driving on-site leadership from start to finish.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and mentor installers to ensure timely, high-quality installations while maintaining strong communication with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Foreman or Project Lead.
• Experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, or concrete lifting preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate a team.
• Able to read and interpret engineering plans and job specs.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew, coordinating assignments based on work priority and schedules.
• Supervise crew members and provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foremen.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks on each job site.
• Monitor project progress and keep jobs on track time- and budget-wise.
• Motivate and recognize the team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Review job specs, plan materials, tools, and equipment before arrival.
