Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. seeks a Construction Crew Foreman to lead a crew, ensure safety, training, and efficiency on site. You will coordinate with supervisors, communicate with customers, and manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets.

The role requires 3+ years in construction leadership, OSHA 10, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Expect up to 20% travel and a competitive hourly wage with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership in construction management.
• OSHA 10 hour, Equipment Operation and Competent Person Certifications.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership by creating a safe, organized work environment that is productive and respectful.
• Ensure crew members are trained and follow safety and construction procedures.
• Coordinate with Area Crew Supervisor for training and best practices.
• Communicate with the customer on all contractual aspects of the project.
• Organize jobs to maximize crew efficiency and on-time, on-budget completion.
• Lead by example and ensure cooperation and timely starts/stops.
• Plan daily work: review assignments, progress, safety and performance.
• Provide project management including plan reading, scheduling, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors.
