Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to supervise crew activities on construction sites, assign tasks, and ensure timely project completion with safety as a priority.

The role requires reading plans, rigging knowledge, and the ability to manage equipment and personnel across on-site operations. A strong focus on teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety policies is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires basic and advanced rigging techniques and the ability to read and create drawings and lifting plans.
• Must be able to read plans, material lists and guidelines and follow timelines.
• Demonstrates strong safety awareness and incident reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailers and other equipment including loading and unloading.
• Directs workers, organizes a crew, and trains employees to complete projects on time.
• Inspects rigging for safety and ensures proper use of PPE.
• Communicates progress, estimates remaining time, and reports to supervisors.
• Ensure safety procedures and daily foreman protocols are followed.
