The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands‑on construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage job sites with minimal oversight. Local travel within 40 miles of Monroeville, OH is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in residential or commercial construction.
• Ability to run projects with minimal oversight.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members.
• Must live within 40 miles of Monroeville, OH.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full oversight of construction projects with project manager.
• Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and schedules to meet timelines.
• Perform pre-job walk-throughs and final inspections for specifications.
• Maintain site safety compliance and on-site reporting of issues.
• Communicate with clients and act as liaison between clients and company.
