Job summary

Nibbi Brothers is a San Francisco-based contractor seeking an Estimator to analyze project information and assemble budgets, bids, and proposals. Occasional travel is required and the role reports to the Senior Preconstruction Project Manager or the Director of Preconstruction.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of estimating experience, a technical degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and proficiency with Primavera, Destini, Building Connected, MS Office, CCTO, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical degree.
• 2–3 years of estimating experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Strong math skills and ability to read plans, specifications, and related project documents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate bid requests and input/adjust quantities with accuracy.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and budgets; lead bid creation and subcontracts.
• Develop initial project schedules and participate in pre-bid meetings and budget reviews.
• Coordinate with project team, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
