Qualifications

• Proven track record of previous administrative experience in engineering and/or civil construction work.
• Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Phoenix.
• Ability to analyze subcontractor and material quotes for responsiveness to the Estimate and Project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and present discipline estimates for project proposal activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review, analyze and interpret contract documents to develop detailed estimates.
