The role requires strong administrative experience in engineering/construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, complemented by benefits including health, vision, dental, and paid time off. The ideal candidate will analyze bids, develop relationships with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Formación

• Proven track record of administrative experience in engineering and/or civil construction.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to analyze subcontractor and material quotes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and present discipline estimates for specific project proposal activities.
• Provide estimating assistance and develop conceptual estimates and cost analyses.
• Review and interpret contract documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
