Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Contract Documents to develop cost estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork, concrete work, and underground piping.
• Identify bid qualifications, risks, and assumptions.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare RFQ's and RFP's along with value engineering solutions.
