Job summary

Sandvik Group IT is seeking a Lead Solution Architect for Larger Connectivity to shape the strategy, governance and innovation across WAN, Edge Security and related services.

You will turn business needs into prioritized, secure architectures, collaborating with Product Team, stakeholders and partners across a global landscape to balance quality and cost.

Based in Stockholm or Sandviken, you will help drive modernization of enterprise connectivity in IT and OT environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in secure enterprise connectivity.
• Deep knowledge of SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, SSE and overlay technologies.
• Strong understanding of security standards (ISO27001, NIST, NIS2).
• Experience creating designs and business case calculations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technological and functional roadmap for Larger Connectivity.
• Help prioritize the product backlog in line with objectives.
• Govern partner-delivered services with clear quality standards.
• Create and present solutions and business cases addressing needs.
• Manage service scope and governance while aligning stakeholders across business and IT.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost management and innovation across WAN, SSE, carrier, remote access and firewall services in IT and OT.
• Contribute to building a high performing global virtual team.
• Advise Sandvik functions on topics in your area.
