Job summary

Sandisk in Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Senior Network Architect to design, deploy, and optimize global network infrastructure across corporate and manufacturing sites, ensuring high availability and performance.

You will lead BGP, SD-WAN, VLAN, and data-center networking projects, mentor teams, collaborate across IT leadership, document runbooks, and coordinate with vendors in a fast-paced, multi-timezone environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in Network Architecture, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Network Security.
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation skills.
Deep understanding of DHCP/DNS and IPAM for deployments.
Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent problem solving in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Design,Plan,deploy, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot global network infrastructure across Corporate and manufacturing locations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements and project scopes.
Lead IT projects and Maintenance Window activities; document configurations and runbooks.
Mentor deployment teams and partner teams; interact with vendors for integration.
Ensure global network infrastructure is monitored and responds to incidents per SLAs.
