Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ seeks a senior Product Manager to own the connected CX portfolio across MySubaru and infotainment systems. You will partner with business, engineering, design, and operations to deliver seamless, innovative solutions that engage customers and support business goals.

The role requires leading end-to-end product lifecycle, strong UX focus, and expert collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive market-ready features in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• At least 6–8 years of total experience and 4–6 years in product management, automotive/CV/infotainment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge product strategy and execution to deliver market-ready features on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed feature plans and lead cross-functional teams across CX, engineering, design, and operations.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle to enhance customer engagement and business value.
• Drive UX design, testing, and market release for in-vehicle and connected vehicle systems.
• Supervise evaluation/testing processes, UAT, and JIT to ensure quality and user satisfaction.
• Manage roadmap execution for connected CX and alignment with business objectives.
