Leola Construction is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to oversee residential concrete operations, leading slab-on-grade and post-tension foundation work for single-family homes. You will direct crews and subcontractors with integrity and excellence across multiple subdivisions.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of concrete superintendent or foreman experience in residential construction.
• Hands-on knowledge of post-tension slab systems.
• Familiarity with Texas soil conditions and foundation methods.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and hold accountable concrete crews and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and a safe jobsite.
• Oversee daily concrete operations across multiple residential jobsites, including slab-on-grade and post-tension foundations.
• Manage all phases of slab construction to keep quality, schedule, and budget targets on track.
• Coordinate directly with builder superintendents, post-tension engineers, ready-mix suppliers, pump operators, and subcontractor crews.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to identify issues before they impact the pour.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and engineer specifications.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, builder partners, and office staff with daily updates and reports.
