Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years concrete related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player with collaboration and development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards per company and industry standards.
• Study specifications and blueprints to plan procedures for materials and construction timelines.
• Assemble and schedule team members and subcontractors at project start and throughout.
• Set up construction site and procure tools and materials to meet schedules.
• Direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors to prevent delays and ensure quality.
• Inspect progress to ensure workmanship meets specifications and safety measures.
• Prepare or review progress reports on materials used and costs; adjust schedules accordingly.
• Ensure documentation and cost-related documents are completed accurately and promptly.
