Job summary

Gray, the integrated contractor, is seeking a Concrete Assistant Superintendent in Franklin, TN to join NexGen and drive self-perform project execution on concrete scopes. You will work onsite with a focus on safety, scheduling, cost tracking, and field leadership.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills, plus experience coordinating with GC/Owner and managing daily field activities on turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

• Project safety compliance.
• Job cost spread and estimate familiarity.
• Participation in project sequencing and scheduling.
• Project quantity/progress tracking.
• Production analysis/tracking.
• Participation in Project cost reporting.
• Review drawings/plans and specifications.
• Material/equipment procurement.
• Change order request issuance/tracking.
• Coordination with GC/Owner.
• Maintain a tool log to ensure inventory is up to date.
