Job summary

Currin Outdoor Living LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Pool Construction Project Manager to own field execution of custom concrete pool projects from excavation through completion. You will oversee quality, scheduling, subcontractors, documentation, and on-site leadership.

The role requires 3-5 years of custom concrete pool construction experience, proven ability to manage subcontractors and schedules, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of custom concrete pool construction experience or related high-end hardscape experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor schedules across excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, decking, finishes, and related phases.
• Visit active jobsites daily to inspect quality, verify adherence to plans/codes, and monitor site safety.
• Build productive subcontractor relationships and hold partners accountable to quality and deadlines.
• Provide field feedback on designs and support project estimating and client selections as needed.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure equipment and materials are staged correctly.
• Identify and troubleshoot field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate progress, delays, changes, and needs to clients and internal leadership.
• Maintain accurate construction logs, photos, and project documentation.
