Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of concrete experience.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all daily crew activities for productivity and quality.
• Daily coordination with team members, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Utilize HCSS Heavy Job for tracking daily quantities and reports.
• Communicate with project managers, estimators, and engineers as needed.
