Job summary

A concrete and asphalt contractor in the Greater Milwaukee Area is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead a crew on residential and commercial projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in concrete finishing, with proven leadership and quality control skills. The foreman will supervise a team, manage equipment, and ensure project specifications are met while providing opportunities for growth and a competitive hourly rate between $40.00 - $45.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in concrete finishing, including at least 2 years leading projects as foreman.
• Experience in a range of concrete projects, including curb & gutter, commercial sidewalks, and residential driveways.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3-5 team members, ensuring clear communication and team motivation.
• Plan and oversee all aspects of concrete project operations, including site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
