Job summary

Silver Star Construction in Moore, OK is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead concrete crews on roadway and commercial projects. You will coordinate assignments, supervise forming, pouring, finishing, and curing, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of concrete experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of concrete construction experience.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial and roadway projects.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, monitor productivity, and schedule labor and materials.
• Ensure proper layout, forming, reinforcement, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Maintain daily reports, production records, and quality checks.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
