P2K in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Concrete Finisher III (Advanced) to lead and execute complex concrete projects. The role covers forming, finishing, curing, joint work, and coordination of pours to ensure a high-quality surface and sound structure.

The position requires mentoring junior finishers, reading plans, and ensuring safety on site. It is a heavy-duty, on-site role with occasional travel and physical demands, including lifting up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and grade stakes.
• Willingness to train junior finishers.

Responsibilities

• Set and align forms according to grade stakes.
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete; broom finish where required.
• Pour and coordinate concrete placement with truck movement.
• Install expansion joints and perform curing and sealing.
• Apply structural reinforcement and epoxy as specified.
• Monitor curing conditions and adjust as needed.
• Train Concrete Finisher I & II on techniques and safety.
• Maintain site safety and communicate with the team.
• Perform masonry work as required.
