Job summary

Montana Caliber Construction is seeking a Concrete Lead to oversee a crew performing forming, pouring, finishing, and curing. You will blend hands-on work with team leadership to meet project specs, deadlines, and safety standards on site.

Your role includes interpreting blueprints, planning daily activities, and ensuring quality control while mentoring junior workers and coordinating with managers and trades. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lead, SD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete construction (typically 3–5+ years).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete construction (typically 3–5+ years)
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA guidelines)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specialized finishes (stamped, polished, decorative concrete)
• Equipment operation certifications
• Valid driver’s license

Pay Range

• ~$25–$30 per hour DOE
