Qualifications

• 8–10 years of concrete construction experience.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors on commercial or industrial projects.
• Expert knowledge of forming, placing, finishing, and curing methods.
• Ability to interpret and learn plans, specs, and field layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all concrete operations across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and safety.
• Supervise and mentor foremen and field teams; build a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Schedule resources with Operations Manager, coordinate materials and equipment for productivity and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager, Project Managers and field leaders to plan pours, schedules, and logistics.
• Oversee quality control from prep/placement to finishing and curing.
• Conduct pre-pour and safety meetings to set expectations and drive performance.
• Monitor daily production, job costs, and progress; report to senior leadership.
• Identify field innovations that improve processes and outcomes.
• Serve as the go-to expert for all concrete-related operations in the field.
