Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Villas Pre-Arrival Concierge Lead is to directly contact all Luxury Experience and Sales guests staying at The Villas Caesars Palace, Nobu Hotel, various Penthouses, Flavian Sky Suites, and other guests as requested. The Pre-Arrival Lead will assist by building pre-arrival profiles and obtaining all guest requests regarding restaurant, show, retail, and transportation reservations, along with any other appropriate guest arrangements or requests. The Pre-Arrival Lead will work closely and coordinate with Luxury Sales and Experience and the Luxury Hotel Operations Team to ensure that all guest requests and expectations are met and exceeded.
