Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Villas Pre-Arrival Concierge Lead is to directly contact all Luxury Experience and Sales guests staying at The Villas Caesars Palace, Nobu Hotel, various Penthouses, Flavian Sky Suites, and other guests as requested. The Pre-Arrival Lead will assist by building pre-arrival profiles and obtaining all guest requests regarding restaurant, show, retail, and transportation reservations, along with any other appropriate guest arrangements or requests. The Pre-Arrival Lead will work closely and coordinate with Luxury Sales and Experience and the Luxury Hotel Operations Team to ensure that all guest requests and expectations are met and exceeded.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Possess strong knowledge of Forbes and AAA standards.
  • Collaborate with Luxury Experience, Sales, and Luxury Hotel Operations to assist with pre-arrival and post-departure guest communication.
  • Review the operating system to ensure timely outreach for any reservations secured via the website.
  • Curate personalized itineraries based on the guests’ requests and preferences communicating and distributing the finalized itinerary to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure all departments, including Seven Star, Diamond Lounge, Front Services, etc., are aware of special arrangements made with the guest.
  • Review upcoming reservations to ensure proper notations are made on the room, Butler Meet and Greets, special occasions and requests, etc.
  • Welcomes guests upon arrival if deemed necessary.
  • Be knowledgeable of on-property menus as well as local current restaurants, spas, attractions and events (concerts, theater, sporting events, special events, and more.)
  • Provide guests with an experience that will always be remembered, ensuring the highest level of responsiveness.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date profile information on all guests and distributes reports as requested by management to various departments.
  • Assure prompt and positive action on all guest complaints, questions, concerns andsuggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up.
  • Be knowledgeable of the Total Rewards Program; communicating benefits of the program to all guests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
