Job Summary and Environment

As a Butler Concierge, you will be responsible for completing arrival and departure transactions for our VIP guests checking in/out of The Villas. You will assist in booking dinner, show, entertainment, and other requests for our VIPs. Additionally, VIP agents are resources for all guest questions and are empowered to assist VIPs in resolving any guest concerns.

Responsibilities and Authorities

• Process check-in and check-out transactions for The Villas
• Assist Villas Guests with questions about the city and property
• Assist Villas Guests with booking dinner, shows, etc.
• Assist with guest service recovery
• Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
• Stay informed about current hotel events to assist Villas Guests
• Act as a liaison to expedite guest requests
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy towards all guests
• Anticipate guests' needs and expectations

Non-Physical Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in a second language is beneficial
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities

Physical Qualifications

• Ability to perform reaching, stooping, and crouching motions repeatedly
• Verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
