Summary:
The Lead Concierge is the front desk receptionist for the community and takes on a range of responsibilities, including welcoming and assisting residents and visitors, handling resident/family/guest inquiries and requests, assisting with organizing events and activities, and handling a variety of clerical duties.

• At least one (1) year of related work experience in customer service required.
