Description

Effective August 1, 2024, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network began providing management services to seven UPMC Senior Communities. These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods.

This Full-time position is located at Sherwood Oaks, a Life Care Community, in Cranberry Township, PA. The hours are daylight from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

The Lead Concierge works as part of the administrative staff to greet visitors, answer questions, and refer inquiries to the appropriate departments, ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves receiving and relaying telephone messages, screening team members and visitors, and maintaining professionalism when interacting with residents, visitors, and staff.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment is required.
