Quad Recruitment in Florida seeks a Pharmacist Leader to run a compounding pharmacy, guiding sterile and non-sterile operations and building a strong team. You’ll own day-to-day activities, ensure quality and compliance, and develop staff to maintain fast turnaround times. Competenze

• Active Florida pharmacist license required.
• 4+ years of compounding pharmacy experience.
• Formal training in sterile and non-sterile compounding or equivalent.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Proficient with pharmacy management systems and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Lead daily operations across sterile and non-sterile compounding, dispensing, customer relations, and quality assurance.
• Supervise, train, and validate pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Run performance evaluations and address performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Help develop and update pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Lead annual regulatory and third-party inspections.
• Stay current on compounding best practices and regulations.
• Drive cost-effective operations and lead department budget implementation.
