Job summary

Northwestern University seeks an accomplished associate or full professor in scoring for the screen, based on Evanston campus. The position is 100% in person, with a nine-month service paid over twelve, subject to tenure approval.

Responsibilities include research and creative work in scoring for the screen, undergraduate and graduate instruction, supervision of student theses, and service to the department, school, university, and profession.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in film/media production or music composition, or equivalent industry experience
• Evidence of research/creative work in scoring for the screen
• Experience teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels (preferred)
