Job summary

Pathward Financial, Inc. is hiring a Manager for the Complex Investigations Unit to lead a team responsible for high‑risk AML, Sanctions, and Fraud investigations. You will oversee case assignment, escalation, and quality control, ensuring regulatory standards and internal procedures are met.

You will mentor Analysts, drive training on typologies and narratives, and partner with Compliance, Legal, and Technology to strengthen the investigation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field.
• CAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of BSA/AML, Sanctions, or Fraud investigations experience, including SAR decisioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Complex Investigations Analysts and manage workload and capacity.
• Review SAR narratives and ensuring quality, timeliness, and regulatory defensibility.
• Escalate novel typologies, systemic issues, and emerging risks to the VP, Complex Investigations.
