Please consider joining our corporate team as a Lead Compenastion Partner!

What You Will Do
  • Plan, design, and develop global and regional compensation programs (base pay, incentives, equity, and rewards), evaluating cost, effectiveness, and business alignment.
  • Provide analytical and consultative support for total rewards strategy, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices.
  • Support design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentive, and LTIP; assist with budgeting, communications, and Compensation Committee materials.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, promotion, incentives); support planning, modeling, budget analysis, communications, and execution with HR and business leaders.
  • Administer equity compensation programs, including RSU awards, vesting, cancellations, and terminations; coordinate tracking and reporting with payroll, finance, legal, and vendors.
  • Own/support administration of the Fidelity system for equity programs, including RSU award inputs, terminations, incentive accruals, and related compensation transactions.

  • Support compensation policy governance by reviewing job descriptions, maintaining guidelines, and ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
  • Work with the SDC/Compass to prepare regulatory reports, maintain data accuracy, and audit plans for compliance with plan provisions and legal requirements.
  • Provide total rewards consultation to HRBPs, managers, and business leaders on compensation matters, employee queries, and reward decisions.
  • Audit the compensation function to identify process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance efficiency through benchmarking, automation, and best practices.

  • Solve highly complex and uniquely challenging problems by thoroughly evaluating alternatives and variables, continuously driving improvements to policies and procedures.
  • Work independently toward long‑range goals and objectives, self‑initiating assignments with sound judgment and discretion — while also mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to management and a spokesperson for the organization, leading major initiatives related to policies, plans, and long‑range objectives.
  • Operate with a high level of accountability, understanding that decisions carry significant weight — shaping the future direction of the organization and its reputation.
