Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide compensation analytics and market benchmarking.
• Lead AI and data strategy for the Compensation function.
• Partner with Finance on cash and equity budgets and spend modeling.
• Track market trends and provide QBRs and insights across cash, equity, and total rewards.
• Design and scale compensation frameworks and tooling for future needs.
