Job summary

Carter Machinery in Austin, TX is seeking a Commissioning Manager to coordinate site installation and startup of equipment, working closely with Project Managers and customers. You will guide CMCo technicians on site, perform inspections, and prepare reports to ensure smooth commissioning.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in construction management, strong reading of wiring diagrams, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple start-up sites simultaneously.
• Strong reading of wiring diagrams and layout drawings.
• Experience coordinating with project managers, contractors, engineers, and end users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
