Job summary

Carter Machinery is seeking a Commissioning Manager in Texas to coordinate job-site installation and startup activities, working with Project Managers and customers to ensure successful handoffs. You will guide CMCo technicians, manage multiple sites, and maintain schedule and safety standards.

The role requires reading wiring diagrams, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and end users across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Must be able to read wiring diagrams and layout drawings.
• Must possess ability to work well with multiple disciplines such as project managers, contractors, engineers, and end users.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job site installation and startup of equipment.
• Work closely with Project Managers and customers at CMCo and on-site.
• Lead CMCo technicians and manage multiple start-up sites.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on projects.
