Job summary

Carter Machinery Company is seeking a Commissioning Manager in Texas to coordinate the installation and startup of equipment across multiple sites. You will work closely with Project Managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely start-ups and site readiness.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical/electrical installation, excellent communication, and the ability to manage several sites simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in construction management.
• Experience installing mechanical and electrical equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organization skills; ability to coordinate multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job site installation and startup of equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports.
• Interface with contractors, project managers, engineers, and end users.
• Guide CMCo technicians on site and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
