Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of field experience required.
• Travel range 75-100% is required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality inspections for conduit systems, lighting, and basic control systems and feeders.
• Inspects installation of motor feeders and makes standard motor connections.
• Identifies potential quality issues from construction documents.
• Analyzes startup/commissioning schedule and upcoming tasks.
• Leads small crews (2-5 electricians) and provides on-site coaching.
• Maintains safety compliance per LOTO, OSHA, and customer standards.
• Provides guidance on job site quality and participates in cross-functional teams.
• Coaches and mentors field personnel to improve performance.
