Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Commissioning Electrician to lead on-site commissioning activities across projects, inspecting layouts, lighting, and control systems while guiding crews and ensuring safety standards are met.

You will analyze schedules, coordinate tasks, and drive quality throughout the job site, collaborating with project teams to deliver on-time results with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 5+ years of field experience.
• Travel: 75-100%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri.
• Flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality inspections for layout conduit systems, lighting, and basic control systems.
• Inspects installation of motor feeders and standard motor connections.
• Identifies potential quality issues from construction documents.
• Analyzes startup/commissioning schedule and upcoming tasks.
• Leads small crews (2–5 electricians).
• Performs safety checks on job sites and enforces LOTO & OSHA standards.
• Provides guidance to field employees and management on job site quality.
