Job summary

Network Cabling Services in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead commercial security deployments from planning through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, field teams, vendors, and customer communication to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of commercial security project management, with hands-on knowledge of access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, and low-voltage infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial security project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, and low-voltage systems.
• Experience coordinating security technicians, subcontractors, materials, and project resources.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, security system drawings, scopes of work, specifications, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial security projects from kickoff through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate security technicians, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review project scopes, drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation.
