Job summary

Guardian Protection Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Commercial Installer in Lancaster to oversee the installation of commercial security systems including intrusion, fire, video surveillance and access control.

You will work with sales and operations, read blueprints, install cabling and devices, and ensure projects are on time and within budget while maintaining top quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial security installation experience.
• Willingness to obtain NICET certification(s) as required.
• Possess or be able to obtain fire alarm technician licenses for Ohio and West Virginia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of commercial security systems including intrusion, fire, video, and access control.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and other technical docs.
• Install cabling, field devices and controls per specifications.
• Ensure installations are on time, within budget, and of high quality.
• Coordinate with managers and team for scheduling and milestones.
• Train and mentor junior installers; ensure safety protocols are followed.
