Tiello LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician with at least 2 years of roofing maintenance and repair experience. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various low-slope roofing systems, while leading an Assistant Technician and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and service managers, documenting work, and identifying additional service opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair methods.
• Ability to troubleshoot leaks, drainage issues, and weather-related roof damage.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements.
• Comfortable working at heights and on commercial rooftops.
• Able to read roofing conditions and determine repair solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently or lead a small team.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed inspections of commercial low-slope roofing systems to identify leaks and damage.
• Diagnose and repair roofing issues including leaks and weather-related damage.
• Complete roof repairs and maintenance, tenant improvements, and small projects.
• Lead and guide an Assistant Technician during field operations.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex roofing issues and propose repair solutions.
• Document service orders with notes and photos and identify additional opportunities.
• Communicate progress, site conditions, and scheduling with clients and team.
