Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing in Williston, VT is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician to lead crews, diagnose leaks, and repair a range of roof systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, and metal.

You will manage projects from start to finish, ensure safety, and maintain professionalism with customers. The role requires physical endurance, travel within local area, and strong communication with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Excellent communication with clients, supervisor and crew.
• Initiative, integrity and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, metal).
• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure high craftsmanship.
• Remove and install roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope).
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
• Complete required paperwork and attend meetings; assist in training crew members.
