Empire Roofing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Tulsa & Oklahoma City, OK. You will investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects across EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and low-slope metal systems.

You will work under the service crew leader, manage crew tasks, and ensure safety and quality on every job. The role emphasizes hands-on roof installation and maintenance, customer interaction, and teamwork in a full-service roofing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leading commercial roofing crews.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Strong client, supervisor and coworker communication.
• Reliable and adaptable with initiative and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roofs.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, complete paperwork and attend meetings; assist in training.
