Job summary

Empire Roofing, Inc. in Oklahoma seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to support crews in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. You will lead crews, locate and repair leaks, and service a range of roof systems including BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and metal.

The role requires hands-on field work, strong safety practices, and clear communication with clients and supervisors. Experience leading commercial roofing crews is preferred; a valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary

You will be working under the service crew leader and investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities
