Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and customer service commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily job site operations for commercial roofing projects.
• Coordinate crews to complete roofing installations and repairs safely and on schedule.
• Lead safety initiatives and OSHA compliance across activities.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.
• Facilitate communication between field teams, management, and customers.
• Coach and develop team performance.
