Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead crews, drive production, and ensure every commercial roofing project is completed safely, efficiently, and with outstanding quality in Indianapolis. This is a hands-on, field-based role with a company vehicle and local travel.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial roofing experience, 1–2 years of leadership, a strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems, and excellent communication and customer service

• One to two years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities
