Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking an Experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations on GC, patch/repair, and TremCare projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor budgets, and maintain safety standards across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, and regular updates to stakeholders. Travel within the region is required to support project and customer needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial/industrial roofing construction projects.
• Ability to lead field crews and subcontractors while delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction practices, project scheduling, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to support project execution.
• Oversee all phases to ensure safety, efficiency, and alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Interpret and implement project administration requirements, contract specifications, and company standards.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling, quality, or operational challenges.
• Manage quality control processes and adherence to Tremco and WTI standards.
• Coordinate field inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, specs, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as liaison between subcontractors, customers, owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts; ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and updates to management and customers.
• Foster strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
