Tecta America Carolinas, a commercial roofing contractor, seeks a Commercial Roofing Project Manager for our Indian Trail, NC location. The Project Manager will oversee projects to ensure timely, cost-effective execution in line with plans, specs, and company policies.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, bid assessment, contract administration, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and vendors. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency.
• OSHA 10 training required.
• Must pass background check and drug test; valid U.S. driver's license (clean MVR).

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management services for multiple roofing projects concurrently.
• Assist in collections process and final payments as needed.
• Assess bid specifications for timelines and feasibility.
• Oversee schedules, costs, contract administration, and quality control.
• Coordinate information for construction projects with buildings and systems.
• Support design-build contracts and subcontracts negotiations.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Monitor contractors and vendors for compliance with contract requirements.
• Resolve complex construction-related issues and disputes.
• Supervise staff and monitor performance on projects.
• Review change orders and assess budget impact.
• Track project status against schedule and cost controls.
• Review and verify payment applications and manage invoices.
• Distribute as-built drawings and operating manuals post-completion.
• Enforce contracts and contribute to monthly reports and forecasts.
