Job summary
RoofLynx LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Field Supervisor to lead on-site field operations for our commercial and industrial roofing projects. This key leadership role requires deep hands-on expertise with single-ply and asphaltic roofing systems, including PVC, EPDM, TPO, and modified bitumen.

Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience in commercial roofing on active jobsites.
- Ability to read and interpret basic architectural blueprints and roof plans.
- Strong leadership and field supervision skills with proven crew management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews during commercial/industrial roofing system installations.
- Oversee installation of single-ply and modified roof systems (PVC, EPDM, TPO, modified bitumen).
- Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company specifications and manufacturer standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet daily targets and schedules.
- Conduct daily safety talks and enforce OSHA and company safety practices on site.
- Monitor crew attendance, productivity, and labor hours.
- Train crews on roofing techniques, tool operation, and new materials.
