Job summary

Katchmark Construction, a Tecta America company, seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead the service crew, investigate, locate, and repair leaks across EPDM, PVC, TPO and low-slope metal, and manage projects from start to finish with the highest level of craftsmanship.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews, a valid driver's license, and strong communication with clients and teammates; bilingual is a plus, with local travel up to 1 hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Lead service crew and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Investigate, locate, and repair leaks in EPDM, PVC, TPO, and metal systems.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and ensure safety guidelines.
